In less than 24h from placing your order, you will receive via e-mail a tracking code, to follow your order’s each step – during the shipping phase – so to have a perfect and constant control of where the package is located.
To allow you to be notified and consequently organized, the day of the delivery you will receive both an e-mail and a SMS that will announce the arrival of your SensorySeeds package! We will also keep you posted whether we encounter some difficulty in the delivery or if we expect a delay.
